His Highness, Prince Abner of Morat (Ab-nuh) Ruler of the Principality of Morat. A wizard, and a very evil one at that. Intelligent, rich, strong-willed, absolute ruler, vindictive, bigoted, and a bit of a sadist. As a hobby, breeds monsters in the foundations of his 600ft tall tower in the middle of the capital city of Morat. |

Ran T'uggoh, the Ravisher (Ran Tuh-ug-go) A Greater Demon. A long time ago, it used to, well, ravish, the lands that eventually became Morat and its' neighbours. Evil by (super)nature, as well as inclination. Some Demons are fine with just tortuing damned souls - this one makes the Reavers from Firefly seem lacking in creativity and violent urges. |

His Grace, Devlan of Morat (Dev-lan) A bodyguard's job is a tough one. But when an angry Demon comes through the door wanting to kill your boss, maybe it's time to weigh up the pros and cons of the job again. A year later, and you're one of three absolute rulers (yes, I know, but his IQ isn't too high) of a country. Likes nothing better than swinging a weapon, getting pissed, and kicking any available puppies that happen to be around. |

His Grace, Tornak of Morat (Torn-ack) A bodyguard's job is a tough one. But when an angry Demon comes through the door wanting to kill your boss, maybe it's time to weigh up the pros and cons of the job again. A year later, and you're one of three absolute rulers (yes, I know, but his IQ isn't too high) of a country. Likes nothing better than swinging a weapon, playing cards, and kicking any available puppies that happen to be around - or anything else that's within range, as he's not the most patient of men. |

His Grace, Mortlake of Morat (Mort-layk) An evil wizard overlord can't do everything himself, so he needs other wizards around to take care of lesser things - such as repairing magical armour. This is how Mortlake became one of the three rulers of Morat, by being the first wizard that Devlan and Tornak found who could do that. With his nasty temper and policy of leaving things like invading armies to his more military co-rulers, he uses his near-absolute power to indulge his own depraved tastes. |
